 use colorful sidewalk chalk to create art on the library sidewalks. Make 
 something creative and interactive with the whole family! This program will 
 also help children with color recognition\, hand-eye coordination\, and 
 drawing techniques.\n\nNo registration is required. In case of inclement 
 weather\, this program will be held indoors.
